Joseph Gray is a self-taught photographer and visual artist based in Los Angeles.

Having received his bachelor's degree in print journalism from Howard University, he applied his lifelong passion for sports and writing into a career and pursued opportunities at ESPN, NFL Network and now FOX Sports as a Staff Editor/Producer. Yet, he was always interested in the visual form - intrigued with capturing expression, color, light and emotion similarly to his writing practice.

Embracing his dual interests, Gray applied his creative eye to photography, and over three years has cultivated a style that promotes enduring quality and visceral imagery.

In the words of his father: "There's no hill for a stepper." Gray is out to not only prove this statement true but to also continue to push creative boundaries.
